Doug Geist has spent over 37 years working in the Heavy Civil/Heavy Highway Industry. Working for Ames, Granite, Drill Tech, and Hayward Baker. After retiring as a Senior Project Manager, Doug began his career in recruiting where his industry experience has separated him amongst other recruiters.
Gage Geist started in construction at a young age while racing motorcycles professionally. He worked his way up through the ranks to become a Foreman. His expertise in the industry ranges from earthwork, concrete, drilling, and underground utilities.
